Stop asking "which dealers are sending me bad paper." Rank every channel in your portfolio by loss rate, severe lates, early payment default, and a composite health score. Click any row to see exactly what to do about it.
1
Volume UPB
Unpaid balance still on book for loans this dealer originated in the last 90 days. How much exposure they represent.
2
Early Payment Default EPD
Loans that went 60+ days delinquent in the first 6 months. The cleanest signal of bad underwriting at the dealer level.
3
Health Score 0-100
Composite of NCO, severe lates, and EPD weighted by volume. Above 70 means the dealer is harming your book more than they help.

Methodology. Health score = volume weighted composite of three signals. NCO rate (40% weight) is the realised loss number. 90+ DPD (30%) is the leading indicator of upcoming losses. EPD (30%) catches bad underwriting at the dealer level before it shows up in delinquency aging. Each metric is normalised against published industry benchmarks (Fitch, S&P Global, TransUnion). Volume weighting uses log scaling so very small channels do not dominate the ranking. Trend sparklines show the last six months of channel NCO rate. Demo data. Below is a synthetic 12 channel portfolio designed to mirror a typical mid sized subprime book. Replace with your own loan tape via the dashboard (Tool 04).
